Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via La Poste Courrier Suivi or Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Parcels can also be shipped via Colissimo and delivered against signature. Regardless of the delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in good condition, in order to be resold as "new", and request the exchange or refund without penalty, except for shipping costs. To return an item, you must send with your return all the elements necessary to process your request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is evidence of an error in preparation, reference, or defect of a product, for which Motorcycle Custom Shop is liable.
Returned packages and their contents are the responsibility of the sender.
All returns are processed as quickly as possible in order to best satisfy customers.
