Act #1

Non-payment and retention of title.

Shipping & Delivery

All announced deadlines are calculated in working days. Shipping times are defined taking into account preparation and shipping times. The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated to us during the ordering process by La Poste or by carrier.

Force majeure

MOTORCYCLE CUSTOM SHOP cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded, due to the occurrence of a force majeure event.

Withdrawal and product returns

Warranty and responsibilities.

All our goods are considered to have arrived in perfect condition to the customer who is responsible for notifying the carrier of the defection or alteration of a package and issuing reservations to the carrier.

The customer must carefully check for any visible damage upon delivery of the product.
